Refund policy
- Orders are picked and processed within 1-3 business days - during peak seasons this may be longer.
- Standard shipping takes anywhere from 5-7 business days.
- Priority shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 business days.
*IMPORTANT: PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address!!!
RETURNS:
30-day money back guarantee! We want you to be 100% satisfied. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, first email hello@fawnandfoster.com. We require your order number in the email. When sending your return, please include a copy of your receipt, or your name and order number. We will not be able to issue a refund without this.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (excluding shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
If you purchase items with a coupon code and return a portion of your order, the cost of your order will be recalculated and you will receive a refund depending on the coupon code applied.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time for us to receive your return/exchange may vary.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
